3. Lamination
The lamination stage defines the card’s surface effect. Mirror-finish steel plates create glossy cards, matte steel plates produce a soft satin look, and frosted plates deliver a textured surface—giving customers multiple options for their preferred style.

4. Cutting & Shaping
Our automated die-cutting machines handle standard sizes and large-volume production with ease. For unique shapes or small-batch custom sizes, manual die-cutting ensures flexibility and precision.

5. Special Finishes
Cards can be further enhanced with hot stamping, embossing, UV numbering, scratch-off layers, and other custom finishes—perfect for branding, security, and promotional needs.

6. Quality Control
Every card goes through strict inspection. Regular PVC cards are hand-checked, magnetic stripe cards are verified by testing machines, and chip cards undergo automatic screening to eliminate defective pieces.
