What kind of design files do you need ?

We accept CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, PDF, PhotoShop or Tiff with 300dpi resolution picture.

What if I don't know how to design?

We have design services if you need design. You can provide us with the brand logo and information, and we will design it for you.

If I order 200 cards, can each card be different?

The cards can be different, but the price of 200 different cards will be higher than the price of 200 identical cards.

What kind of card surface is best?

We recommend using matte surface. Matte surface is not easy to be scratched, the surface is smooth and feels great.
Glossy card surface is shiny, but if used for a long time, the card will have many scratches, affecting the beauty of the card.
Frosted card surface looks high-end, but when combined with certain crafts, it will affect the effect of the craftsmanship.

How do you ensure quality?

After the card is made, we will have a quality inspection department to check the card. After ensuring the quality, we will show you the card in the form of pictures, videos, etc, and then ship it.
After receiving the product, if you find that the card has quality problems, provide us with pictures or videos of the cards with quality problems, and we promise to remake it for free.
